Ryan Click was very courteous as he showed us the things that were equipped on the Sorento. We wanted heated mirrors and remote starter. He wasn't sure if it was equipped with it. He took time out to find out the information for us and to explain what all was on the car. I would recommend Ryan to anyone. He told us it had heated mirrors and everything we needed to know.
